Research Activities of the Department of Management

Department of Management, Brainware University has an ambitious plan of increasing both the quality and quantity of doctoral level research. A lively atmosphere for research work exists in the said Department that encourages close collaboration among all the stakeholders of the Department. The faculty members of Management Department are working in various research areas like Artisanal Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Leadership, MSME, Place Attachment and Migratory Behaviour, Green HRM, Interpersonal communication, Psychological Contract and employee relation, Multi general workforce, TVET Managerial problems in Bangladesh, Operational Bottlenecks & Enhancing Operational Efficiencies by Optimizing Taxiing Time of Arriving Aircrafts & thus operating Cost, E - Commerce platforms for farmers, Social Media's role in women entrepreneurship etc. At present 23 PhD students are enrolled for doctoral degree in the Department of Management under the guidance of existing Faculty members.
