Faculty Induction Programme 2022

The start of the Brainware journey

To enable the right start of the professional journey at Brainware University, a Faculty Induction Programme was conducted on March 7, 2022 at 10 AM. The new faculty members were introduced to the larger Brainware family and were made to understand that it is together that we shall flourish. They were introduced to the Honorable Chancellor, Mr. Phalguni Mookhopadhyay & Vice Chancellor, Professor Sankar Gangopadhyay who talked about the need to maintain an excellent support system for students and stay true to the Brainware vision of making students' careers shine. The faculty members were also introduced to HR norms and the functionalities they would require to function ceaselessly within the university. Finally the programme concluded with the ardenthope that together the future ahead will be brighter for all the stakeholders of the Brainware family.
