Dr Sanjukta Dasgupta

Assistant Professor

Dept. of Biotechnology

Brainware University

Dr. Sanjukta Dasgupta completed her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. She has extensive experience in analyzing multi-omics data including metabolome, genome, and transcriptome sequencing across diverse sequencing platforms. She has experience in handling large datasets generated from high-throughput omics tools. She has used nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry-based metabolomics platforms to highlight the biomarkers in serum, exhaled breath condensate, and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of various life-threatening pulmonary diseases. Dr. Dasgupta has extensive experience in programming and statistical techniques required for data analysis and identification of disease biomarkers.
