Dr. B. Vasumathi, born in 1982 in Karur District, Tamil Nadu, India, earned her Doctorate in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, TN, India, in 2019. Presently, she holds the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Computational Sciences at Brainware University, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Dr. Vasumathi has authored 25 articles in various esteemed international and national journals and conferences. Additionally, she has authored three books, secured one UK Grant, and holds three Indian patents. She has contributed as a resource person in numerous workshops, conferences, and faculty development programs across various higher education institutions. Dr. Vasumathi has also served on editorial and review boards for several international technical associations. Her research expertise lies in association mining, prediction, pattern recognition, data visualization, data science, and the Internet of Things.
