Nourishing Insights and Innovative Problem Solving: A Visit to Parle-G Manufacturing for the Food and Nutrition students

Parle-G, is the most popular and arguably the most favourite supplement with milk from childhood through adolescence to adulthood. The Food and Nutrition students of Brainware University in a recent outing visited the place from where their childhood is shaped - the Parle-G biscuits are manufactured.

With the objective of making the students understand the production process and providing them with an insight into food safety and quality control, the Department of Food and Nutrition organised 'Nourishing Insights and Innovative Problem Solving: A Visit to Parle-G Manufacturing' at G Biscuit Factory, Bhagwati Foods.
