A career fit for digital age

To have an edge over the others in cyber security, the Department of Cyber Science and Technology organized a one-day workshop on Identifying Vulnerabilities with Ethical Hacking on March 3, 2021 at 2.30 PM.

The key speaker, Belly Rachdianto, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and EC-Council Instructor (CEI), trained the students to effectively identify system vulnerabilities and provide top-notch service to their future clients.

Rachdianto guided the students on how to use Kali Linux by configuring protocols and tools. He explained to the students that “ it is important to safeguard sensitive data and thus we need to enhance the digital network security and prevent security breaches.”

Around 90 students attended the workshop, which ended with an interactive question-answer session. The participants were very enthusiastic and they said they got a deep understanding of ethical hacking from this hands-on training session.
