Brainware University celebrates its 5th annual convocation ceremony

In a grand celebration of academic achievement, Brainware University marked its 5th Annual Convocation Ceremony with the graduation of over 1300 students across undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD, and diploma programs. The ceremony, held on April 6, 2024, at the university auditorium, was a testament to the university's commitment to education and growth.

The convocation was graced by esteemed guests, including Padma Shri Dr. Arunoday Mondal, affectionately known as 'Sundarban-er Sujan', a renowned Indian Physician, and Padma Shri Dr. Bimal Kumar Roy, Former Director of the Indian Statistical Institute. Also in attendance was Dr. S.S. Chatterjee, State Government Nominee of Brainware University, who added to the ceremony's prestige.

Hon'ble Chancellor Phalguni Mookhopadhayay, Vice Chancellor Dr. Sankar Gangopadhyay, and Registrar Mahua Pal were also present, adding to the distinguished gathering of academic leaders. “On this special day, I would like to tell you that in your life, be honest, sincere, empathetic and be successful,” said Hon’ble Chancellor.

Established in 2016 as a UGC-recognised private state university in West Bengal, Brainware University has become a beacon of learning, offering an impressive array of over 55 programs in PhD, PG, UG, Diploma, and skills development. Its sprawling, green, and ragging-free campus has been home to over 13,000 students, reflecting the substantial growth the university has experienced over the years.

The convocation not only celebrated the achievements of the graduating students but also highlighted Brainware University's continued dedication to providing quality education and shaping the future of thousands of learners.
