A rare accomplishment for Pharmacy topper at APP 11th Annual International Convention 2022

Pharmacy topper Mirajul Sk who is currently in the 8th semester made it big at APP (Association of Pharmacy Professionals) 11th Annual International Convention 2022 held at St Paul's College of Pharmacy, Turkayamjal, Hyderabad. Mirajul's paper on 'Dissolution Theory' was selected as the best at the convention. The convention was held on December 17, 2022, to commemorate 'Vijay Diwas 2022'.

The paper by Mirajul Sk dealt with Pharmaceutics that explored the various theories on how a tablet dissolves. In this regard, it has to be mentioned that Mirajul was the only one to attend the convention from West Bengal. There were participants from all over India and from other countries as well including Australia, West Indies etc.

"Our HOD Dr Barik motivated me a lot to participate in the convention. He also helped me out with the paper and provided his useful suggestions," said Mirajul.

When asked about his experience at the convention, Mirajul said, "Initially, I was a bit worried in the beginning as I knew students from all over the world will participate in the convention. I am grateful for the support that I received from the university and my HOD. This achievement would not have been possible without their cooperation."
