Learning Objectives

  • Students will develop a clear knowledge and understanding of psychological contents, areas and applications related to our daily life. They would familiarize themselves with the psychological research and basics of statistical methods.
  • To gather thorough expertise on the neurobiological basis of psychological function and dysfunction along with proficiency in cognitive psychology.
  • Students would be educated regarding the research designs, processes, steps and their applications. They will get to know about the concepts of individual differences, emotion and motivation, counselling and health psychology.
  • Students will be provided liberty to choose their interest among the sub fields in industrial and organizational behavior, social and rehabilitation psychology, psychology of gender and relationship, forensic psychology and so on.
  • Advanced understanding and apprehension regarding psychopathology, various therapies and counseling, psycho-oncology would be provided.
  • Students of Psychology will be trained and mentored by topmost and famous professionals so as to pursue their career ahead towards higher studies, competitive examinations and diverse careers in the Research, HR, Counsellor, Assistant Psychologist, teaching profession and so on .
  • Pursue lifelong learning and continuous improvement of their knowledge and skills by immensely providing the students with supervision, field work and internships.
