Psychological Healing: A session on mental health well-being

“Stop trying so hard and ‘go with the flow’!" The Department of Psychology at Brainware University organised a session on 'Psychological Healing: Go with the Flow' with eminent dancer and social activist Alokananda Roy, eminent academician Dr. Jhilli Das Tewary, and popular Radio Jockey Agnijit Sen alias RJ Agni! The esteemed guests spoke about the necessity of psychological healing while addressing the students!

Get over the thought that healthy food cannot be tasty!

To do away with this misconception, the Department of Food and Nutrition organised 'Nutri Fest '23' to celebrate '6th Rashtriya Poshan Maah'.

Hon'ble Chancellor Phalguni Mookhopadhyay took a tour of the food stalls set up with organic foods and tasted the munchies! This was an impressive initiative. An inter-college quiz competition was also a part of this '6th Rashtriya Poshan Maah' celebration.

A memorable meeting with former Indian footballer Mehtab Hossain: Life lessons, career prospects and more

"One of the main reasons behind my homesickness is the Bengali language. I miss speaking in this language when I am abroad," said former Indian footballer Mehtab Hossain while interacting with the students at a seminar on 'Sports Law and Sports Management'.

It was really an exciting session for the students as they got to hear about their favourite sports icon who has donned the jersey of several prestigious football clubs including East Bengal and Mohun Bagan. At the seminar, Mehtab Hossain was accompanied by an Eminent Advocate of the High Court of Calcutta Sourav Ganguly.
