Future Focus 2k20

“The future depends on what you do in the present”- Mahatma Gandhi

The new decade of this millennium is going to witness a paradigmatic change in the education industry interface. With the advent of Artificial Intelligence, the definition of human labour is changing rapidly. Instead of just having a degree, skill is gradually becoming the need of the hour. This was the primary objective of discussion of Future Focus 2020, a platform created by Brainware University, to showcase how a university can progress with hands joined with the corporate world.
Just like the team members before a 20-20 cricket match, all the staff members of Brainware University had a splendid warm-up session on this three-day-long programme from January 3 to January 6, 2020. The coach of team Brainware, aka Mr Phalguni Mookhopadhyaya, along with the Guest Adviser Mr Nadeem Kazim, the former HR Executive of Exide Industries Ltd, made a wonderful presentation advocating the path must be taken by the University to be the best name in Indian Academia.

Since teaching is an essential part of University education, all the teachers who were the favourite of their students were given acknowledgement in this three-day-long event. The felicitation programme, which serves as a message of inspiration to all the teachers of the University, was followed by a grand lunch and a photo-session. Future Focus 2020 ended with a cultural programme consisting of singing and dancing, play-reading and playing mouth-organ. In the end, we can definitely say that Future Focus 2020 was the culmination of the qualitative advancement made by Brainware University.
